The client faced challenges with the highest time consumption in repetitive tasks, leading to ample human errors.

  • Solution: Profile building and online support are the major tasks that recruiters are most occupied with. While they are time-consuming, we also identified that they are often repetitive. Since simple automation would not work here, we leveraged the power of AI to build automation for those tasks, boosting the client’s employees' efficiency and reducing manual errors.

The client needed smart yet accurate job-searching functionality while improving the job-search response time.

  • Solution: The problem with only MySQL DB-based search mechanism is that it will slow down on returning response when the jobs directory becomes huge. Also, recognizing human errors while performing job searches (like spelling mistakes) can be tricky. On the other hand, from the development side, we need to get a solution compatible with Laravel on the back end and Vue js on the front end to integrate it seamlessly. After extensive research, we achieved this with mail search and scout. We also spent ample time on the configuration, without which accurate results were unexpected.
